✅ Different paper stock (brightness, absorbency, coating)

✅ Different ink system (digital proof ink vs production ink)

✅ Different printing process (digital proof vs offset / flexo)

✅ Light source when checking colors

✅ Finishing effect: lamination, varnish will shift color

✅ Humidity & press condition during production

Tip: Always approve the press sample on the exact paper for critical brand colors.
